What Happens Next?

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:

If we confirm that the claim is valid, we will permanently remove the content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe we removed your content by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email
  2. The URL of the removed content
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within the required time frame.
